TrackIt has the ability to export your mileage database to a DOC or to the Memo Pad for Printing via Palm Desktop.

* I Tested PalmReader to view DOC files

Use "PDB Explorer" a freeware utility from LLUSoft to view and export the database into Microsoft Excel and back to your palm Here
(Instructions for use with TrackIt 2.1 included with .zip file you download)

You can also setup alerts to warn you to enter your mileage before you go!
